Technical knowledge of optical fiber systems and structures. We are seeking a **Fiber Optic Technician** to join our team in Porto Alegre, RS. This position involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of optical fiber networks, ensuring service quality and continuity. The professional will be responsible for conducting tests, resolving technical issues with cables and fibers, and managing necessary field equipment and tools. This is a full-time position requiring on-site work. Qualifications Cables and Cabling: Experience in installation, handling, and maintenance of optical fiber cables and cabling systems. Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve technical faults in optical fiber infrastructure while maintaining quality standards. Optics and Fibers: Specific technical knowledge of optical systems and optical fiber structures, ensuring network integrity and functionality. Prior experience in the telecommunications field is essential, as are related certifications and willingness to work at heights.
