Job Summary: Quality Analyst to maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance and reduction of nonconformities. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System 2. Analysis of process deviations and rework together with production 3. Support in internal and external audits **Job Description:** We are seeking a Quality Analyst to maintain, control, and continuously improve the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal procedures, and customer expectations, thereby contributing to production process stability and reduction of nonconformities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS); * Control and manage Nonconformance Reports (NCRs), corrective and preventive actions; * Conduct root cause analyses (5 Whys, Ishikawa, etc.); * Track quality indicators and prepare management reports; * Support and conduct internal and external audits; * Ensure compliance with standards, procedures, and work instructions; * Collaborate with production to analyze process deviations and rework; * Support quality documentation, record keeping, and controls; * Interface with customers and suppliers on quality-related matters, as required. **Requirements:** * Degree in Quality Management or related fields; * Prior experience in the Quality field (industrial); * Knowledge of quality tools; * Proficiency in Excel and control systems (ERP / spreadsheets); * Strong communication skills and an analytical mindset. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with ISO 9001; * Experience in manufacturing industries (plastics, metalworking, etc.); **Behavioral Profile:** * Organized and detail-oriented; * Proactive with critical thinking skills; * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; * Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative attitude toward production. **Additional Information:** * Monday to Friday (business hours); * Attendance Bonus; * Medical Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * On-site lunch; **Employment Type:** * CLT Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1.621,00 - R$2.200,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
