Are you an organized, strategic individual passionate about turning plans into results? **Indústria e Comércio Bastos Ltda.** is looking for a **Project Management Analyst** to join our team and drive operational excellence across our processes! **Your Responsibilities:** * Plan, schedule, and monitor the company's project lifecycle (from production to commercial operations). * Prepare status reports and KPI dashboards. * Identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and manage risks to ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets. * Facilitate communication among different departments, ensuring alignment of deliverables. * Support the implementation of agile or traditional methodologies, as required per initiative. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields. * Prior experience in project planning or management (preferably within the industrial or commercial sector). * Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana, or similar) and advanced Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel is essential). * Analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and strong problem-solving focus. **What We Offer:** * Competitive market-based salary. * Comprehensive benefits package (transportation allowance, meal voucher, health and dental insurance, food allowance\- on-site parking). * Growth opportunities within a dynamic and expanding environment.
