On-site work in a dynamic industrial environment We are looking for a Production Supervisor with strong operational involvement, leadership qualities, and practical experience in a manufacturing environment. We seek someone who goes beyond management: present on the shop floor, monitoring processes, solving problems, and ensuring team performance. Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate production according to demand and deadlines Organize production orders for optimal resource utilization Monitor daily shop-floor operations (processes, machines, and team) Respond swiftly to operational issues Lead, guide, and develop the production team Monitor KPIs (productivity, efficiency, losses) Ensure compliance with procedures and standards (SOPs) Implement and maintain organizational practices such as 5S Control material consumption and production inventory Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance Conduct operational meetings and team alignment sessions Directly engage in operations when necessary Requirements: Proven experience as a Production Supervisor Experience in an industrial environment Hands-on profile with strong operational involvement Experience managing teams Knowledge of production KPIs Technical or higher education degree (preferably in mechanical/engineering fields) Advantages: Knowledge of SolidWorks, CAM, or mechanical design Experience with continuous improvement (5S, 5W2H, etc.) Behavioral Profile: Strong and hands-on leadership close to the team Good communication skills and ability to hold others accountable Agility in decision-making Organization and results orientation Resilience and ability to handle operational pressure Additional Information: On-site work Dynamic industrial environment Opportunity for growth and development We seek an active, shop-floor-oriented candidate — this is not merely an administrative position.
