Commitment to product and service quality We are an artisanal bakery looking for a **Barista** to join our team. **Schedule:** Tuesday to Friday: 9:48 AM to 7:30 PM Saturday: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Weekly workload: 44 hours Fixed days off: Sunday and Monday **Responsibilities:** Store opening; Grinder and espresso machine calibration; Displaying and organizing bakery products on the counter; Preparing beverages and orders; Serving customers at the counter. **Requirements:** Previous experience as a barista; Strong communication skills; Organizational skills; Proactivity; Ability to work effectively in a team; Residence in Porto Alegre. **Benefits:** Transportation voucher (usable with ride-hailing apps, public transportation, or gas stations) Meal allowance of R$ 400.00 per month (usable at supermarkets, restaurants, and grocery stores) 30% discount on company products Salary of R$ 2,000.00 + 10% cash-handling bonus **Company Culture:** We are committed to quality in both our products and services.
