Friendly and efficient customer service **Barista Opportunity – Nilo Peçanha Location in Porto Alegre** We are seeking agile, organized, and proactive professionals to join our team in the Av. Nilo Peçanha area. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellence in beverage preparation and customer service. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare coffee and hot/cold beverages according to house standards. * Operate espresso machines and other department equipment. * Provide friendly and efficient customer service. * Recommend products and deliver an outstanding consumer experience. * Organize and maintain workplace cleanliness. * Monitor supplies and assist in product restocking. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience as a Barista or in café customer service (preferred). * Basic knowledge of coffee and brewing methods. * Strong communication skills and proficiency in public interaction. **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Starting Salary: R$ 2.000,00.** * Transportation Allowance. * Meal Voucher: R$ 21.00 per day. * Outpatient Health Plan (available after 6 months of employment). * Employment Type: Direct CLT hire. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. * Location: On-site – **Nilo Peçanha Area (Porto Alegre/RS)**. Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education)
