Management of technical communication The Building Technician is responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and supervising projects and construction works carried out by tenants, ensuring technical, documentary, and execution compliance with approved projects, current regulations, and institutional guidelines. The role involves controlling technical documentation, communicating with tenants, suppliers, and other involved professionals, as well as monitoring construction execution stages.
