Schedule cargo shipments by allocating vehicles and drivers according to demand. Monitor trip execution to ensure on-time delivery and service quality. Directly manage a driver team. Monitor drivers’ working hours to ensure regulatory compliance. Address incidents occurring during trips. Support performance analysis of drivers. Assist in monitoring operational KPIs. Collaborate with drivers to achieve targets. Manage leave, timekeeping, and vacation records.
