Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring product quality and attractiveness, maintaining workplace organization, and delivering customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure product quality and preservation, and maintain attractive product display. 2. Keep the workplace organized, clean, and hygienic. 3. Provide customer service, seeking to understand customers' needs. * Monitor product expiration dates, quality, and preservation to offer customers high-quality products with attractive presentation. * Maintain the workplace (and other shared areas) organized, clean, and hygienic, in compliance with the Company's standards for quality, safety, hygiene, health, and environmental preservation. * Weigh and restock products, adhering to designated display layouts, variety requirements, etc. * Perform packaging and pricing routines applicable to the department, such as verifying prices/labels, displaying prices, tare weights, posters, etc. * Carry out operational tasks within the area of responsibility, supporting workflow execution by following instructions from professionals working in the area and/or from the assigned mentor. * Deliver customer service in accordance with the Company's service standards, seeking to understand customers' needs and offering solutions to delight and retain them. Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st level)
