Shopping Operations Manager

We are seeking a strategic professional to manage our shopping center units. The primary objective is to ensure full functionality and maximum quality of the developments. You will directly lead multidisciplinary teams, including shopping center management, security, cleaning, maintenance, customer service, and guarantee an efficient environment compliant with legislation and legal standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage shopping center units under your responsibility in an integrated manner. * Ensure budgetary targets for expenses of the shopping centers under your responsibility are met to achieve projected results, developing action plans—especially for maintenance, personnel, energy, and water costs—while continuously evaluating operational costs. * Represent Shopping Operations to clients\|tenants, handling special cases, providing suggestions, and forwarding requests to internal departments. * Oversee asset management, parking, mall operations, food court, and cleaning, ensuring full functionality in accordance with standards and legislation. * Ensure SESMT inspections are conducted at units under your responsibility, guaranteeing compliance with legislation and coordinating with the responsible department. * Conduct periodic visits to all shopping centers under your responsibility to assess service levels, adherence to standards, and checklist activities, supporting unit managers. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * Experience in operational management of shopping centers or large-scale facilities. * Knowledge of supplier management, maintenance contracts, and service providers. * Proficiency in technical standards, sector-specific legislation, and asset security. * Environmental Legislation \- Adequate knowledge of environmental legislation for disposal of solid and liquid waste. * Key Performance Indicators \- Ability to monitor and evaluate process or activity outcomes; measuring and assessing process efficiency and quality to identify areas requiring improvement. **Additional Information** * Annual Profit-Sharing Program (PPR) * Unimed Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * On-site Cafeteria * Transportation Allowance per CLT regulations * Retail Worker’s Day Off Our story began in 1935, founded by Francisco José and Santina Zaffari, who—with care and dedication—established a grocery store in the interior of Rio Grande do Sul.
