A large-scale logistics company is seeking an Operations Leader to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, coordinating logistics processes with a focus on excellence, safety, and customer service. Main Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and supervise operational activities to ensure productivity, quality, and compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards. Also lead the operational team, promote employee development, monitor performance, and support management in results analysis and identification of opportunities for continuous improvement. Requirements: \- Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree; \- Intermediate Excel proficiency \- Knowledge of Power BI will be considered a plus. Desired Profile: \- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; \- Generalist profile, capable of managing multiple fronts simultaneously; \- Organized, with a sense of urgency and owner mentality; \- Adaptable with strong decision-making ability.
