A large-scale logistics company is seeking an Operations Leader to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, coordinating logistical processes with a focus on excellence, safety, and customer service. Main Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and supervise operational activities, ensuring achievement of productivity, quality, and compliance targets with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Also lead the operational team, promote employee development, monitor performance, and support management in analyzing results and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Requirements: * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Knowledge of Power BI is considered a plus. Desired Profile: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Generalist profile, capable of managing multiple fronts simultaneously; * Organized, with a sense of urgency and owner's mindset; * Ability to adapt and make decisions.
