We are seeking a NOC/Monitoring Analyst to join the team of a technology company focused on telecommunications consulting and support, headquartered in Canoas/RS. Employment is under CLT regime, with salary negotiable \+ benefits. Working hours follow a 12h-on/36h-off shift schedule, **night shift from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.**, Monday through Friday onsite, and weekends remote. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the availability and performance of an organization's systems and networks, monitoring and resolving technical incidents, as well as ensuring service continuity. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor infrastructure networks and clients; * Report events in monitored systems; * Respond to incidents and clients. **Requirements:** * Knowledge and/or experience in TCP/IP networks, servers, and monitoring systems. **Desirable:** * Knowledge and/or experience in programming languages; * Spanish language proficiency. **Profile:** * Commitment and responsibility toward the 12×36 shift schedule; * Strong communication skills; * Systemic vision. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance; * Meal voucher (R$ 35\); * Attendance bonus; * Night shift premium (40%).
