Our **Compliance team** currently has open opportunities for talents with **strong attention to detail**, who are **interested in and monitor regulatory norms**, and who wish to work in a **dynamic and collaborative environment!** Check out this opportunity: **Main responsibilities include:** * Monitoring regulatory norms and regulations issued by CVM, BCB, CMN, and other regulatory agencies; * Monitoring and supporting compliance with specific regulatory obligations applicable to investment advisors; * Monitoring and assisting in reporting regulatory obligations; * Supporting the assessment of compliance for products and services offered by the company; * Accompanying audits and inspections, and responding to official correspondence from regulatory agencies; * Collaborating in the development and maintenance of internal compliance programs and policies; * Identifying non-conformities and monitoring corrective actions; * Issuing opinions on low- and medium-complexity compliance topics; * Preparing reports and supporting due diligence processes; * Participating in meetings with various departments, providing compliance-related guidance; * Using and maintaining up-to-date the systems employed by the team. **✅ Essential qualifications:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Law; * Intermediate Excel proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; * Basic English proficiency; **Preferred (nice-to-have) qualifications:** * Experience in Compliance departments (preferably within medium- or large-sized companies); * Postgraduate studies (in progress or completed) in Compliance or related fields; * Proficiency with Power BI; * Knowledge of data analysis, importation, and modeling. **Additional information:** * CLT employment contract; * Meal Allowance or Food Voucher via Flash Card; * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance via Flash Card; * Dental Plan; * Life Insurance; * Birthday Day Off.
