Seller performance analysis and quality indicators Monitor the entire order cycle to deliver an excellent shopping experience to customers, by tracking and addressing shipping and delivery delays. Seller support with a 48-hour response SLA Assist sellers with order-related information Evaluate sellers on WebCo marketplaces and HUB channels, monitoring orders with delivery and shipping delays Work with quality channel team metrics Support commercial and customer service (SAC) teams Attend meetings when requested Analyze offending sellers
