Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for building, analyzing, and evolving the company's compensation practices, ensuring strategic alignment, market competitiveness, and internal equity. Your objective will be to build, analyze, and evolve the company's compensation practices, ensuring alignment with business strategy, market competitiveness, and internal equity. This position will play a fundamental role in structuring policies, analyzing data, and supporting leadership decision-making, **connecting people, performance, and results**. Amazing, right?! **Check out the details below and join us in delivering transformative educational experiences!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct **job and salary analyses**, ensuring internal consistency and market alignment. * Perform **compensation benchmarking**, participating in salary surveys and analyzing market trends. * Support the development and maintenance of the **salary structure (ranges, grades, and movement policies)**. * Analyze and recommend **salary adjustments**, promotions, and changes, ensuring compliance with company guidelines. * Support the design and monitoring of **variable compensation programs** (bonuses, PPR, commissions). * Participate in developing and monitoring the **personnel budget (headcount and costs)**. * Develop and monitor **compensation metrics**, such as internal equity, market competitiveness, and salary compression. * Support leadership and HR teams with data-driven analyses and recommendations. * Ensure compliance with **internal policies and applicable legislation** related to compensation. * Contribute to improving area processes and tools by proposing enhancements and automation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields**. * Prior experience in **compensation, job evaluation and salary administration, or people controller roles**. * Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data and metrics. * Knowledge of **salary policy design and market benchmarking**. * Advanced Excel proficiency * Experience with data tools, BI platforms, or HR systems * Strong communication skills and ability to interface effectively with leadership **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with **variable compensation (PPR, bonuses, commissions)**. * Experience in fast-growing companies * Knowledge of **people analytics**. * Experience with **organizational structure modeling and redesign**. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits** * We offer Meal Voucher, Food Allowance, and Transportation Voucher * We care about your health!
