Job Summary: Responsible for supporting key account management by developing and reviewing technical projects and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment and success in complex negotiations. Support the development of technical solutions for refrigeration. **Job Mission** Responsible for supporting key account management by developing and reviewing technical projects and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment between internal departments and customers, contributing to technical feasibility, adherence to deadlines, and negotiation success in highly complex projects. **Main Responsibilities** * Act as a liaison between stores and engineering requirements, ensuring technical alignment of requests * Support the review and development of highly complex projects, aligning with sales representatives and estimators on optimal technical and commercial solutions * Develop and present technical projects and commercial proposals in online and in-person meetings with customers and installers * Monitor production schedules, billing, and delivery timelines for projects with longer lifecycles * Ensure integration with PCP (Production Control and Planning) and Procurement departments, guaranteeing compliance with contractual deadlines * Support the development of technical solutions focused on refrigerated racks and refrigeration equipment * Track project progress, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to the defined scope * Contribute to improvements in key account servicing and development processes **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields * Experience in developing and analyzing technical projects and commercial proposals * Knowledge of commercial processes and customer service * Communication and negotiation skills * Intermediate proficiency in Excel **Desirable Requirements** * Knowledge of commercial or industrial refrigeration * Experience with engineering projects applied to retail or industry * Practical experience reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications * Familiarity with ERP systems or project management tools * Experience interfacing with departments such as PCP, Procurement, and Engineering
