JOB OBJECTIVE** ------------------------- Plan, organize, and monitor product expedition processes, ensuring orders are verified, picked, packed, and shipped correctly within established deadlines, guaranteeing quality, traceability, and customer satisfaction. **2\. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** ------------------------------------ * Verify orders released by the sales department; * Organize product picking, verification, and packaging; * Issue invoices and transportation documents; * Schedule pickups with carriers; * Monitor shipping deadlines and track deliveries; * Monitor performance indicators (on-time delivery, returns, errors); * Conduct final verification before shipment release; * Ensure correct identification and labeling of packages; * Manage finished goods inventory; * Support periodic inventories; * Resolve order discrepancies, damages, or inconsistencies; * Maintain communication with Sales, Production, and Finance departments; * Ensure compliance with internal standards and logistics procedures. **3\. REQUIREMENTS** ------------------ **Education:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. **Experience:** Prior experience in expedition, logistics, or inventory control. **Technical Knowledge:** Invoice issuance, inventory control, ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate Excel preferred), and transportation and freight routines. **4\.
