The professional will be responsible for ensuring the accurate execution of all processes related to payroll, hiring, terminations, labor charges, as well as supporting routine compliance with current legislation. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct hiring, termination, and contractual change processes; * Perform payroll, vacation, 13th salary, and termination calculations and verifications; * Monitor and ensure compliance with labor, social security, and union legislation; * Prepare and submit ancillary obligations (eSocial, DIRF, DCTFWEB, FGTS DIGITAL, etc.); * Manage electronic timekeeping and employee attendance records; * Provide support to employees and managers regarding labor-related questions and HR payroll routines; * Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance. **Requirements:** * Degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields; * Prior experience in HR payroll routines; * Solid knowledge of labor and social security legislation; * Proficiency in payroll and electronic timekeeping systems; * Intermediate Microsoft Office package. * Knowledge of e\-social * Knowledge of the Único SCI system. **Expected Profile:** * Organization and attention to detail; * Ability to meet deadlines and handle high workloads; * Strong communication skills and consultative attitude; * Proactivity and sense of responsibility.
