




Job Summary: Responsible for planning and publishing promotional schedules, developing and reviewing digital content, aligning marketing strategies, and tracking media performance. Managing and monitoring agencies and platforms **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Activities; Responsible for planning and publishing weekly promotional schedules in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring integration and alignment with all stakeholders involved in the process; developing and reviewing digital content related to products and categories, institutional, promotional, and commercial information; establishing regular coordination routines with Marketing and Sales teams for promotional planning, image acquisition, and information gathering to support digital communication; preparing briefings for the development of marketing assets (banners, microsites, etc.) for internal or external teams; monitoring and validating assets in accordance with brand guidelines; Preparing briefings and content for structuring online marketing assets, product content for catalogs (digital and print), newsletters, digital media banners, and email marketing materials; Monitoring performance results and managing investments in media campaigns (performance marketing); analyzing and suggesting improvements based on Google Analytics metrics and KPIs (e.g., purchase funnel, bounce rate) in collaboration with internal teams and/or contracted vendors; managing and overseeing the VTEX implementation agency regarding platform enhancements and maintenance. **REQUIREMENTS:** Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, or Communications; Proven experience with digital sales channels (B2C/B2B/Marketplace); Desirable: strong command of Portuguese spelling, grammar, and techniques for writing institutional, promotional, and marketing copy; Desirable: advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and advanced knowledge of Google tools (SEM – Analytics, AdWords, Remarketing, etc).
