This outreach will be conducted via phone call, WhatsApp, or social media. Your role will be to transform lives through professional qualification. Experience in proactive customer prospecting is a plus. Attitude in overcoming objections and closing deals will be essential. Rest assured—you will receive all the training and support you need. Additionally, you must be sociable, communicative, dynamic, and possess positive energy and vibrancy to connect effectively with potential students and team members. We operate over 150 units nationwide and offer 30 different courses. **Compensation and Benefits** Fixed salary + commission + bonuses + transportation allowance (VT) Fixed salary registered on employment record: BRL 1,621 Initial compensation: BRL 2,600 to BRL 4,500 (fixed + variable). Partial tuition scholarship. Daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly bonuses.
