This experience enables us to deliver significant value to the contracts we undertake, as we deeply understand the challenges and problems faced by public institutions across Brazil, and through knowledge exchange and sharing gained from participation in numerous successful projects nationwide. **Responsibilities and Duties:** ------------------------------------ * Conduct requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation with business areas and stakeholders. * Translate business needs into clear, structured functional and non-functional requirements. * Develop artifacts such as user stories and functional specifications. * Ensure common understanding between technical and business teams, acting as a communication facilitator. * Support scope definition and demand prioritization with stakeholders. * Validate requirements with users and involved departments, ensuring adherence to business needs. * Monitor solution development, ensuring requirements are being fulfilled. * Support acceptance testing of deliverables, ensuring compliance with defined requirements. * Manage requirement changes, assessing impacts and maintaining traceability. * Keep requirement documentation updated and well-organized. * Identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes and systems. * Collaborate with agile teams (Product Owner, Scrum Master, and developers), where applicable. **Requirements and Qualifications:** ------------------------------- * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Software Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Experience in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements. * Knowledge of requirements elicitation techniques, such as interviews, workshops, brainstorming, and prototyping. * Familiarity with agile (Scrum, Kanban) and/or traditional methodologies. * Experience in writing User Stories. **Additional Information:** --------------------------- * Analytical profile and logical reasoning. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proactivity and autonomy in carrying out tasks. * Ability to build relationships across diverse departments and with stakeholders. * Negotiation and conflict management skills. * Ability to work efficiently in dynamic, high-performance environments.
