Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and curious Human Resources Intern to learn hands-on about data- and people-driven HR, contributing to strategic analyses and decision support. More than supporting routine tasks, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to analyses, organize strategic information, and support departmental decision-making. **Business Unit: Cometa Assessoria** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Development and updating of dashboards and management reports (Excel and Power BI); * Support in organizing training sessions and development initiatives; * Participation in internal communication and organizational climate initiatives; * Support in Recruitment and Selection processes; * Assistance in managing and improving internal HR tools. Here, you will engage with KPIs, processes, and strategies that directly impact company growth. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need:** * Currently enrolled in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Proficiency in Excel (Power BI is a plus); * Organizational skills, responsibility, and interest in learning strategic people management.
