Specialized technical support and report preparation A fully operational Maintenance Specialist who works directly on the shop floor to inspect, diagnose, and repair industrial machines and equipment. Practical experience in corrective and preventive maintenance, with a STRONG FOCUS on PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE, fault resolution, and technical support to production. A hands-on professional focused on ensuring continuous equipment operation, reducing unplanned downtime, and improving process reliability. * **️ Key Responsibilities and Duties** * Work directly on the **shop floor**, getting hands-on to ensure proper equipment operation * Perform preventive maintenance * Conduct **maintenance activities with a focus on prevention**, ensuring high asset reliability * Carry out **failure analyses**, identify root causes, and propose continuous improvements * Problem resolution with a focus on improvements * Implement **maintenance plans** and improvement strategies * Perform **technical inspections, measurements, and diagnostics** on machinery * Support the technical team with **guidance and specialized support**, serving as a field reference * Prepare **technical reports** and record interventions in the maintenance management system * Perform **maintenance** on production line machinery ### **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background:** * Completed undergraduate degree in **Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Automation Engineering**. **Professional Experience:** * Proven experience as a **Maintenance Technician in industrial settings**, performing hands-on technical execution. * Experience with **preventive maintenance processes** * Experience in failure analysis, **root cause analysis, problem resolution**, and related areas. * Experience in **industrial environment maintenance**, with emphasis on shop floor operations. * Knowledge of automation, electrical controls, control panels, inverters, and motors (for **electrical profiles**). * Proactive attitude and flexible working hours. * Willingness to work in João Pessoa. ### **Our Benefits!** * **Dental Plan** * Smile with confidence!
