**Main Responsibilities**
* Broker commercial property leases for store locations, acting as intermediary among franchisees, tenants, and property owners.
* Manage digital signature workflows for legal and commercial documents.
* Support the legal department through legal research, analysis of regulations, laws, and precedents.
* Assist in drafting, reviewing, and formatting various legal documents.
* Ensure proper organization, control, and archiving of legal documentation.
* Monitor procedural, contractual, and administrative deadlines within the legal department.
* Collect and analyze legal information to support strategic decision-making.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure legal compliance in operations.
* Review contracts and agreements, identifying critical clauses and potential legal risks.
* Maintain clear and efficient communication with internal and external clients and legal partners.
**Daily Tasks**
* Contact franchisees, landlords, and real estate agencies to negotiate and align lease agreements.
* Input, track, and finalize digital signature processes on designated platforms.
* Conduct legal research in legislation, case law, and legal doctrine to support internal analyses.
* Assist in drafting, reviewing, and standardizing contracts, addendums, agreements, and petitions.
* Organize physical and digital folders to ensure easy access and control over legal documents.
* Monitor procedural and contractual deadlines, updating spreadsheets or legal tracking systems.
* Prepare reports, simple legal opinions, and presentations for managers and leadership.
* Provide legal support to other company departments, clarifying doubts and guiding procedures.
* Identify contractual risks and flag points of attention to the immediate supervisor.
* Execute administrative and legal tasks per management direction.
**Hard Skills**
* Law degree currently in progress or completed.
* Knowledge of lease agreements, commercial contracts, and legal agreements.
* Proficiency in legal research and interpretation of legislation and regulations.
* Familiarity with digital document signature tools.
* Basic understanding of procedural and administrative deadline management.
* Ability to analyze documents and identify legal risks.
* Familiarity with corporate legal routines.
* **Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in franchising, retail, or real estate sectors.
* Knowledge of commercial contracts and property management.
* Proficiency in legal automation tools and LegalTech solutions.
