RESPONSIBILITIES · Collaborate with the creative team to develop video ideas and concepts, considering objectives, target audience, and intended message. · Write scripts defining the video’s narrative flow—including dialogues, voiceovers, scene descriptions, and visual sequences. · Create storyboards to visualize and plan scenes and camera movements. · Prepare camera and lighting equipment, select appropriate locations, and shoot scenes according to script and storyboard. · Ensure image quality, audio fidelity, and lighting standards during filming. · Import, organize, and edit footage to produce a cohesive sequence—performing cuts, color correction, visual effects, audio mixing, and adding soundtracks or sound effects. · Execute final video adjustments—including color grading, audio mixing, subtitle insertion, graphics, and special effects. · Export videos in multiple formats suitable for various platforms and distribution channels. · Work closely with other teams—including copywriters, designers, and producers—to ensure message coherence and brand consistency across produced videos. · Evaluate video performance by analyzing metrics and viewer feedback, implementing adjustments and improvements based on results. · Partner with the team to produce content across multiple formats aligned with the defined strategy. · Maintain organized archives of all produced materials. · Propose new ideas and solutions to consistently elevate production quality. · Stay current on all industry trends and best practices. · Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strategic initiatives achieve global synergy across the brand’s online and offline channels. · Contribute ideas and improvement proposals for operational activities, aiming to develop innovative solutions and consistently pursue excellence in all processes. · Perform other related professional duties as directed or requested by supervisors.
