Responsibilities and Duties As a **Restaurant Server** at **Grupo FIT**, you will be the primary link between our customers and the **gastronomic experience** we offer. Your main responsibilities and duties include: **Customer Service and Sales** * **Greet customers** attentively, warmly, and energetically, ensuring a light and welcoming journey. * **Present the menu** confidently, clearly explaining dishes, combos, and daily specials. * **Enter orders accurately and promptly** into the system. * **Operate the cash register**, when required, responsibly and with results focus. * **Suggest additional items consultatively** to increase the store’s average transaction value. **Store Organization and Support** * **Set up and prepare the dining room** before each shift: tables, utensils, beverages, and stations organized. * **Monitor expiration dates**, consumption, and restocking of dining room items. * **Support organization and cleaning** of common areas throughout the shift. * **Accompany the customer’s journey** to completion, attending to details of their experience. **Kitchen Integration** * Maintain **active and effective communication** with the kitchen to ensure timely, standardized, and high-quality order delivery. * **Assist with pickup and delivery of dishes**, collaborating to ensure smooth operational flow. * **Alert leadership** to any inconsistencies or points of attention regarding order preparation. **Work Location:** Grupo FIT stores at Confins Airport **Salary:** R$1\.630,97 **Benefits:** Transportation allowance + meal provided on-site + tips **Schedule:** 6x1 (1 weekly day off + 1 Sunday per month).
