Requirements: * Prior experience in customer service * Strong verbal and written communication skills, empathy, and ability to delight customers. * Organizational skills and proactivity. * Willingness to work in a dynamic and continuously evolving environment. * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite and appointment scheduling systems).
