




Job Summary: Professional responsible for patient care, appointment scheduling, document organization, and administrative support in a clinic, requiring strong communication skills, proactivity, and organizational ability. Key Highlights: 1. Multichannel customer service and process organization in occupational medicine. 2. Administrative support with focus on organization and assertive communication. 3. Role involving scheduling and document control. Attend patients via e\-mail, WhatsApp, Singoo, and telephone using formal communication; * Send ASOs and reports to companies when required. * Responsible for patient care in Luiz Alves, including employee registration in the system, recording appointments, adding them to the daily schedule, and generating the patient care kit. * Responsible for weekly scheduling with the physician to conduct appointments in Luiz Alves. * Responsible for processing weekly payments for physicians' time spent on appointments in Luiz Alves. * Schedule appointments at accredited clinics according to client needs. * Coordinate with clinics and send required materials for appointments. * Update the spreadsheet tracking appointments conducted at accredited clinics each time an appointment is scheduled. * Verify, add medical opinions, and store materials in the SOC system after appointments conducted at accredited clinics. * Monitor no-shows at accredited clinics and in Luiz Alves to cancel corresponding appointments. * Daily report of ad-hoc appointments, sent to the commercial department. * Organize physical files according to schedule. * Process IMAS exam releases. * Complete the WhatsApp appointment tracking spreadsheet. * For fee-based appointments, deliver receipts to reception for cash register entry. * Assist with other tasks related to the role as required by the department. · Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree; · Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office); · Proficiency in processes related to this role; · Clear and assertive communication with clients; · Knowledge of occupational medicine processes; · Organization; · Proactivity and problem-solving ability; **Competencies:** Humanized Service, Commitment, Results Orientation, Interpersonal Relationships, Conflict Management, Communication, Emotional Balance, Planning and Organization, Systems Thinking and Sustainability, Self-development.
