Teamwork and proactivity in tasks. **The company MEDPREV is hiring for the following unit:** Balneário Camboriú/SC **Responsibilities:** * Greet and serve customers courteously. * Schedule medical consultations and examinations. * Inform customers about fees, procedures, and deadlines. * Issue authorization forms, receipts, and organize documents. * Assist with billing and cash register closing. * Update registrations and operate the internal system. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace. * Support administrative and operational unit requirements. **Requirements:** * Experience interacting with the public * Strong communication skills (verbal and written), organized, responsible, punctual, and proactive; * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Commercial mindset; * Quick response capability via WhatsApp. * High school diploma required. * On-site work \- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, on rotating schedule.
