Opportunity for continuous improvement and teamwork **Position:** Quality Control Analyst On-site \| Balneário Camboriú/SC **Department:** Laboratory / SGQI Philozon is seeking a Quality Control Analyst to perform laboratory routines, ensuring compliance of raw materials, products, and processes in alignment with regulatory standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). ✨ About Philozon We are a national reference in the development of medical ozone generators and dermocosmetics, operating in a technical, regulated, and process-driven environment. Main Responsibilities Perform quality control analyses of raw materials, finished products, packaging, and laboratory processes. Conduct quality inspections upon receipt of materials, during production, and on final products. Approve or reject batches according to technical and regulatory criteria. Issue quality control reports and records. Initiate, analyze, and follow up on non-conformities. Apply quality tools (Ishikawa, 5W2H, PDCA) for root cause analysis. Support and participate in internal audits. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and RDC 48\. Monitor laboratory processes, product stability, and compatibility. Manage samples, documents, and records per quality standards. Collaborate with internal departments to drive continuous improvement. Requirements Essential Technical course in Chemistry or Pharmacy, or currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Quality, Production, Chemical, Food) or related fields. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and RDC 48\. Proficiency in quality tools (Ishikawa, 5W2H, PDCA). Experience in quality control for oils, cosmetics, or related products. Hands-on experience in laboratory analyses of raw materials and finished products. Desirable Experience conducting internal audits. Knowledge of sector-specific regulatory standards. Intermediate Excel skills for indicator analysis. Differentiators Technical English for reading regulatory standards. Experience in healthcare, cosmetics, or related industries.
