JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing bread, savory snacks, and doughs by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food items, keeping them organized and attractively presented, and packaging them according to established standards—following production schedules and protocols, as well as serving and selling to customers, offering products and clarifying inquiries in accordance with rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and defined targets. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Support store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized customer service at the counter; when necessary, advise customers on product types and derivatives; prepare, package, weigh, and deliver products to customers; Contribute to producing various bakery-related products by baking, frying, cutting, preparing, and packaging them—following production schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and targets; Enhance customer service efficiency by continuously restocking product display counters and ensuring correct pricing per predefined rules and standards; Boost departmental sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and positive customer engagement; Help reduce losses by correctly organizing displays according to FIFO (First Expired, First Out) and producing scheduled quantities per production schedules, protocols, and recipes; Monitor product appearance, expiration dates, and pricing—conducting daily checks and removing damaged, expired, or unlabeled products; Assist in receiving and transporting products, as well as preparing and storing them in appropriate locations; Support stocktaking for inventory assessments, controls, and audits; Maintain department organization and cleanliness—including equipment and utensils—by adhering to daily sanitation procedures and requesting equipment adjustments or maintenance when needed; Process customer payments at the bakery cashier when required; Support integration and orientation of new employees whenever necessary; Assist in related activities as needed; Requirements **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education Valid health certificate **Additional Information:** 100% in-person position **Work Location:** R.
