With multi-family administration, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for supervising, organizing, controlling, and monitoring bakery daily routines; guiding and clarifying team doubts; preparing and managing work schedules, overtime, and time-off; defining production timelines according to production needs and customer orders; standardizing procedures to maximize operational efficiency, product and service quality; complying with rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and established goals; and providing customer service and sales. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure a positive customer shopping experience by meeting their needs, surprising and advising them about the variety of products offered, and making sales suggestions; Ensure, promote, and enhance sales targets through planning the product mix, defining production and display schedules for the most attractive and distinctive products, and maintaining cordial customer relationships; Ensure reduction of bakery losses by guiding, monitoring, and controlling the team and daily activities, creating recipes and performing product utilization when necessary, as well as defining and standardizing operational procedures; Ensure procurement order management for the department, analyzing and administering inventories along with their sales history, seasonality, and specific promotions, scheduling purchases in advance to guarantee supply and restocking without shortages, losses, or stockouts; Guarantee product quality through definition and implementation of operational processes and standardization of product assortment displays; Ensure the product counter is always fully stocked, correctly priced, organized, and clean, guiding, controlling, and monitoring daily routines; Ensure recipe creation, new product launches, and definition of the store’s minimum appropriate assortment; Ensure receipt of goods, and organize, guide, and/or store them in appropriate locations according to rules, hygiene and safety regulations, and pre\-established standards; Guarantee people management regarding time-off schedules, hour banks, vacations, and other working-hour-related demands, by monitoring managerial reports sent by the HR department and providing guidance to employees; Promote professional development and team motivation through continuous feedback and guidance, performance monitoring, and improvement via technical and behavioral training; Participate in periodic departmental inventories and ensure data accuracy; Ensure ingredient and supply replenishment, monitoring and controlling inventories at levels appropriate to store needs; Requirements Maintain team unity and engagement amid daily differences and challenges Maintain an attractive, eye-catching counter with optimal product exposure Manage, prevent, and control losses and stockouts, considering store context and timing, seasonality, and location. **Additional Information:** Experience in the bakery industry **Desired Academic Qualification:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed high school **Specific Knowledge:** Bakery techniques, counter setup knowledge, food handling, sales analysis, margins, loss analysis, and production control **Computer Skills:** Microsoft Office – intermediate level **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Plan Shopping Discount Program (affiliated stores) Life Insurance Attendance Bonus * Position available for Persons with Disabilities (PCD)
