JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing bread, savory snacks, and doughs by selecting and handling ingredients, processing food, keeping items organized, well-presented, and properly packaged according to established standards, following production schedules and protocols, as well as serving and selling to customers by offering products and clarifying inquiries in accordance with rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and established goals. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product placement, providing personalized counter service to customers, and, if necessary, advising them on product types and derivatives; prepare, package, weigh, and deliver products to customers; Contribute to producing various products (related to the bakery’s product mix) by baking, frying, cutting, preparing, and packaging items, following production schedules and protocols, rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and established goals; Enhance customer service efficiency by continuously restocking display counters and correctly pricing products in accordance with pre-established rules and standards; Boost sector sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and strong customer relationships; Help reduce losses by organizing displays correctly according to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles and producing forecasted quantities per production schedules, protocols, and recipes; Monitor product appearance, expiration dates, and displayed prices through daily inspections, and remove items with damaged packaging, expired items, or missing identification; Assist in receiving and transporting products, and prepare and store them in appropriate locations; Support inventory counts for stock assessments, controls, and audits; Maintain sector organization and cleanliness, including equipment and utensils, by adhering to daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment adjustments or maintenance when needed; Process customer payments at the bakery checkout when required; Support integration and orientation of new employees whenever necessary; Assist in related tasks as needed; Requirements **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education Valid health card **Additional Information:** 100% on-site position **Work Location:** Av Frei Godofredo, 1500 \- Santa Terezinha, Gaspar \- SC **Working Hours:** 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 9:30 PM **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Plan Shopping Benefits at Stores Life Insurance Attendance Bonus * Position available for Persons with Disabilities (PCD)
