JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing bread, savory snacks, and doughs by selecting and handling ingredients, processing food items, keeping them organized and attractively presented, and packaging them according to established standards, while adhering to production schedules and protocols; additionally, serve and sell to customers by offering products and clarifying inquiries in accordance with rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and established goals. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Support store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized counter service to customers; when necessary, guide them on product types and derivatives; prepare, package, weigh, and deliver products to customers; Contribute to producing diverse bakery-related products by baking, frying, cutting, preparing, and packaging items, following production schedules and protocols, rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and established goals; Enhance customer service efficiency by continuously restocking display counters and applying correct pricing in compliance with predefined rules and standards; Boost bakery department sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and effective customer engagement; Help reduce losses by correctly organizing displays according to FIFO (First Expired, First Out) and producing forecasted quantities per schedule, production protocols, and recipes; Monitor product appearance, expiration dates, and pricing, performing daily checks and removing damaged, expired, or unmarked products; Assist in receiving and transporting products, as well as preparing and storing them in appropriate locations; Support inventory counting for stock assessments, controls, and audits; Maintain departmental organization and cleanliness, as well as equipment and utensil hygiene, by adhering to daily sanitation procedures and requesting equipment adjustments or maintenance when needed; Process customer payments at the bakery cashier when required; Support integration and orientation of new employees whenever necessary; Assist in related activities as needed; Requirements **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education Valid health certificate **Additional Information:** 100% on-site position **Work Location:** R.
