Job Summary: A professional to work in logistics, overseeing freight processes from origin to destination, ensuring communication and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. We seek professionals who are customer-focused, collaborative, innovative, eager to learn, and transparent in their conduct. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Process new commercial requests regarding freight closing via system; * Send instructions for new processes to the overseas agent; * Monitor the process from origin to destination, verifying and approving costs; * Maintain contact with the overseas agent and the shipping line to update the system and generate daily follow-ups for the customer on process progress; * Send an email to the customer formally confirming cargo arrival in the country; * Maintain order and cleanliness in your workspace; * Comply with procedures and work instructions related to the Information Security, Asset Protection, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, using PPE as specified; * Perform other duties as required, at the discretion of your immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related fields. **Additional Information** **Work Location:** Rua José Luiz Marcelino, 1400 \- Murta, Itajaí \- SC **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:15 AM to 6:03 PM, with a one-hour break. **Benefits:** Meal/Voucher Allowance (VA/VR); Health Insurance; Dental Insurance; Transportation Voucher; Life Insurance; Study Grant Program; Pharmacy Partnership; Birthday Bonus; Free Psychological Support for employees and their dependents; And more.
