Everyone is welcome to be themselves, because only when we differ from one another can we create solutions that keep up with a constantly changing world. **At Elgin, you don’t join just to work.** **You join to create the new.** **\#VemSerElgin \#ElginMaisDoQueVocêImagina** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze orders on hold in the order portfolio due to inventory shortage; * Generate shipments in the SAP system and send EDI shipment files to the logistics operator; * Monitor the operational dashboard to ensure orders are accurately picked and verified using the FIFO method, preventing delays; * Perform invoice billing and issue correction letters when necessary; * Maintain control over invoices pending shipment due to freight quotation, adjustments, scheduling, triangulation, or customer pickup, justifying non-shipment and providing an estimated dispatch date; * Deliver invoices to the shipping department, registering them with the logistics operator; * Plan and schedule daily shipment volumes for partner carriers, ensuring correct vehicle assignment with appropriate capacity; * Monitor carrier arrival times for pickups, intervening and assisting in case of unexpected issues or problems; * Handle service desk Elgin tickets related to order cancellation requests. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proven experience in billing, shipping, and logistics functions; * Intermediate Excel skills, including ability to perform analyses and prepare reports; * Familiarity with the SAP system (a plus). **Additional Information** * Health insurance plan for you and your dependents; * Dental insurance plan for you and your dependents (optional); * Meal allowance; * Total Pass for you and your dependents; * Life insurance; **At Elgin, technology goes beyond every stitch —** **it stems from our passion for doing things differently and better, every day.** We are a proudly Brazilian company with over 70 years of history, moving forward with the energy of those who are always just beginning.
