Opportunity for learning and development in the naval sector **Production Assistant – Naval Sector** **Job Description** We are seeking professionals to work as **Production Assistants** in the naval sector, performing activities related to lamination, finishing, and structural assembly of vessels. The professional will directly support production processes, contributing to product quality, organization, and timely delivery, always adhering to technical and safety standards. **Main Responsibilities** * **Fiberglass Lamination:** assist in preparing and applying resin and fiberglass during the fabrication of marine components and structures. * **Fiberglass Finishing:** perform painting, sanding, polishing, gel coat application, and surface repairs to ensure aesthetic and quality standards. * **Structural Assembly:** support installation of components and structures related to carpentry, working with wood, structural parts, and interior finishes of vessels. * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety in the production area. * Support adherence to manufacturing deadlines and company-defined quality standards. **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed elementary education; * Willingness to learn and develop within the naval sector; * Commitment, discipline, and attention to detail; * Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively. **Preferred Requirements** * Prior experience in production (fiberglass, carpentry, or automotive/naval painting); * Familiarity with hand and power tools; * Experience with finishing processes (sanding, polishing, painting, or gel coat).
