Coordination of export documentation issuance **City:** Gaspar**State:** Santa Catarina (BR\-SC)**Country:** Brazil (BR)**Job ID:** 44002 **Job Mission:** Responsible for analyzing and executing international purchase and sale contracts in the less complex international market, ensuring that the documentation required for customs clearance of cargo at destination is arranged and submitted to the importer, contributing to the completion of processes by fulfilling documentation and logistics requirements according to international and national regulations and receiving export payments as quickly as possible. **Brief Job Description:** Track purchases and sales conducted abroad, receive vessel nominations and/or other requests for shipment of goods overseas. Notify/name the port/terminal of loading. Receive documentary instructions from the buyer/importer. Monitor vessel position, cargo release, and loading on a daily basis. Request, verify, coordinate and/or issue shipping documents. Present required documents to the bank or directly to the customer for prompt receipt of payment for the goods and control receipt to release documents. **Activities and Responsibilities:** * Track purchases and sales conducted abroad, receive vessel nominations and/or other requests for shipment of goods overseas, executing all export stages according to negotiated commercial terms and established market rules. * Notify/name the port/terminal of loading, vessel agent, logistics, shipping branches/exporters, and service providers related to loading procedures (supervisors, fumigators, customs brokers, etc.), as well as the production line of BBR products to be exported, so that all necessary actions for completing the loading of products sold in the external market are taken. * Input contracts to be executed into export systems and perform appropriate position and invoicing controls. * Receive documentary instructions from the buyer/importer, verify, analyze, and take all necessary actions for issuing requested documents, including rejecting unfeasible or non-contractual requests. * Support analysis of feasibility of any specific loading instruction by consulting responsible departments such as quality, production, etc., and take appropriate actions to meet the request. * Participate in daily monitoring of vessel position, cargo release, and loading until completion of the export process. * Request, verify and/or issue shipping documents, sending them to the destination as per received instructions. * Present required documents to the bank or directly to the customer for prompt receipt of payment for the goods and control receipt to release documents. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields. * Experience in International Trade, focused on export operations. * Intermediate proficiency in English and Spanish. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Also see our benefits:** * Medical and Dental Assistance * + Meal Allowance (On-site cafeteria OR meal voucher) * Private Pension Plan (BungePrev plan with company contribution) * Life Insurance * + Transportation Allowance (Commuter Pass OR parking OR shuttle bus) * Pharmacy Partnership * Daycare Assistance (For female employees with children up to 5 years and 11 months) * PLR \- Profit Sharing Program (Based on achievement of goals and results) * “Count on Us” Program \- Personal guidance and support program for employees and dependents.
