Diversity, equity, and inclusion culture, recognized by GPTW Perform routine analysis of customer service activities as well as monitor and execute requests from internal and external customers. **Responsibilities and duties** YOUR DAILY ROUTINE INCLUDES: 1\- Handle cases in CRM; 2 \- Request road transport service plan during peak demand; 3 \- Manage road transport retention (exceeded free time); 4 \- Ensure cargo readiness for loading; 5 \- Monitor shipments \- Loading and Arrival Notices; 6 \- General notifications \- Omissions, cargo incidents; 7 \- Handle shipment cancellations: overweight, leakage, customer request, and others; 8 \- Control cargo held at ports (to be delivered). 9 \- Monitor vessel closing \- GCP Dashboard. **Requirements and qualifications** EDUCATION: * Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Port Management, Production Engineering, or related fields; DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: * Postgraduate specialization in Administration, Logistics, Port Management, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in customer service, logistics, or transportation operations; * Negotiation and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment; * Organizational skills and attention to detail for operational process control; * Strong communication and ability to interact with various company departments and customers; * CRM knowledge (Salesforce); * Intermediate Office package \- Especially Microsoft Excel and Power BI; * Agile methodologies. **Additional information** **What does Log\-In offer?** * **To care for your physical and mental health:** Health insurance and dental plan, extendable to dependents; Viva Bem Program: Focused on Physical Health, Emotional Health, and Social Health.
