**REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Support the legal department across all stages related to drafting and reviewing contracts with suppliers, clients, service providers, and Group WS partners.
* Assist in verifying legal compliance of construction and architectural projects against local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
* Conduct legal research focused on real estate law, environmental law, and contract law, ensuring the company remains compliant with all legal requirements.
* Manage service agreements, supply contracts, and labor hiring contracts—including reviews and addenda.
* Monitor and control procedural and administrative deadlines, particularly regarding licenses, permits, and other documents required for projects.
* Organize and maintain up-to-date legal files, including contracts, licensing documents, and property records.
* Support external due diligence activities at notary offices, public agencies, and courts when necessary.
* Assist in litigation management, tracking judicial and administrative proceedings involving the company—including defenses and appeals.
* Draft contracts, addenda, and other legally relevant documents pertaining to Group WS’s business.
* Serve as the main contact point with external legal consultants for consultations, as well as requesting and validating contracts, terms, notices, and any other legally relevant documents for Group WS’s business.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
**Mandatory:**
Bachelor’s degree in Law. Ability to interact effectively with diverse personality types and behavioral profiles is essential.
Minimum 1 year of experience in this role and related responsibilities;
