RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervise and support teams across multiple units * Ensure compliance with operational standards, quality, and customer service * Monitor performance indicators for each store * Train and develop managers and employees * Report results and propose improvements to senior management REQUISITOS * Proven leadership experience in the food service sector * Analytical, proactive profile with a results-oriented focus * Personal vehicle (mandatory for visits to units) * Availability for frequent travel and relocation * Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams DIFERENCIAIS * Prior experience as a network or multi-unit supervisor * Knowledge of inventory and cost management * Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields Work Location: Brusque and surrounding region Compensation: R$4.500,00 - R$8.000,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Company mobile phone * Meal voucher Workplace: On-site
