Conflict resolution skills and excellent communication. **PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR** **Location:** Arraial dos Cunha – Itajaí/SC (easy access from Brusque and surrounding areas) **Responsibilities** Be responsible for production opening and closing; Assign daily tasks to the team according to demand; Determine materials to be produced and monitor production progress; Direct drivers’ daily routes for material collection; Monitor quality of produced materials; Coordinate production and inventory with the commercial department to meet delivery deadlines; Ensure organization, cleanliness, and safety of the yard and production area; Monitor attendance, guide the team, mediate conflicts, and provide feedback; Enforce compliance with internal rules and procedures; Actively operate on the factory floor, continuously supervising team activities and ensuring smooth operational flow. **Requirements** Proven experience as a Production Supervisor, Team Leader, or Production Supervisor; Experience managing teams; Experience operating forklifts; Stable employment history in previous positions; Availability to work overtime; Easy access to the Arraial dos Cunha neighborhood in Itajaí/SC. **Profile** Strong and humanized leadership; Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills; Organization, commitment, responsibility, and proactivity; Operational profile, with willingness to remain throughout the entire shift overseeing production routines, moving across departments, and supporting the team. This is not primarily an administrative role. **Salary and Benefits** Salary: BRL 4,500.00 during probation period and BRL 4,600.00 after probation; Attendance bonus: BRL 400.00; Meal allowance: BRL 300.00; Fuel allowance: BRL 300.00; Dental plan available after probation; Paid overtime. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with availability for overtime when necessary. CLT employment contract. Minimum Education: High School Diploma
