The primary focus will be delivering enchanting customer service across social media and e-commerce channels, as well as providing support in managing relationships with partner influencers. **Responsibilities:** \- Respond to direct messages and comments on social media (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and email) with empathy and agility. \- Handle e-commerce customer service (customer support): track orders, exchanges, returns, and answer product-related questions. \- Record customer and influencer feedback to continuously improve the experience. **Requirements:** \- Prior experience in customer service, digital customer support (SAC), or social media management. \- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills. \- Basic knowledge of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, and email.
