Basic or intermediate knowledge of computer science and technical support. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of software installation, email configuration, and basic computer support. Previous experience in administrative routines or internal support will be considered a plus. Proficiency in working with spreadsheets and organizing information. Provide basic IT technical support to employees (computers, software, printers, internet, and email). Assist with software installation, configuration, and updates on company devices. Maintain and organize equipment inventory (computers, laptops, monitors, peripherals, etc.). Register and update information in internal systems and spreadsheets. Support the organization of administrative and technological processes within the office. Identify recurring technical issues and assist in standardizing solutions and procedures. Assist in organizing and maintaining office equipment and technological infrastructure.
