Lead the unit's operational services, providing appropriate support to the entire operations team to ensure activities are carried out correctly, prevent downtime, and respond swiftly to any incidents **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise the unit's operational services, providing appropriate support to the entire operations team to ensure activities are carried out correctly, prevent downtime, and respond swiftly to any incidents; * Verify route reports and cargo manifests, ensuring information is accurate; * Conduct driving tests with drivers to verify their fitness to operate trucks; * Send manifests to customers for subsequent billing; * Develop sector routing plans to optimize operations; * Authorize fleet dispatches, print shift schedules, and review reports with drivers; * Monitor employees' use of PPE and uniforms to ensure safety in compliance with internal policies, regulations, and occupational safety legislation; * Track employee absences from work and report cases to the responsible department; * Participate in meetings with other supervisors, team leaders, management, and occupational safety personnel to stay updated on operational indicators and new company procedures; * Assess whether trucks and cars are fit for use, clean, and properly sanitized; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical education (electrical, electronics, mechanical, or related fields) * Experience: 1 year ### **Ready to renew the world?** **Hello, nice to meet you!** We are part of Veolia Group, a global leader and reference in environmental solutions.
