




Job Summary: An HR professional to support various labor-related routines, from hiring and terminations to vacation control and benefits management, as well as event and document organization. Preparation of documents for routine labor-related tasks Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1 hour and 12 minute break. Job Description: * Support the execution of activities, provide guidance, and clarify doubts; * Carry out hiring and termination processes; * Verify salary-related information in hiring registrations; * Assist in vacation control, scheduling, and calculation; * Assist in benefits administration; * Assist in event organization; * Monitor deadlines for periodic medical examinations; * Monitor deadlines for performance evaluations; * Prepare documents related to routine labor-related tasks; * Verify and update personnel records; * Perform updates to employee registration data; * Assist in analyzing and submitting information to eSocial; * Maintain files containing various documents.
