Job Summary: Opportunity to support the creation and configuration of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, assist in preparing performance reports, and contribute to optimizations for the largest construction equipment rental network in Latin America. Currently, we have over 800 stores across Brazil, Paraguay, and Uruguay, and we continue expanding! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the creation and configuration of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, following guidelines and strategies defined by the marketing team; * Provide basic support to franchisees regarding questions about campaigns and platforms; * Monitor campaign results and assist in preparing performance reports; * Contribute suggestions for improvements and optimizations based on analyses and guidance from the team; * Collaborate closely with the marketing team and franchisees to ensure alignment of paid media activities; * Support the execution of the network’s paid media strategies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Basic knowledge of **Google Ads** (Search, Display, YouTube, and Remarketing); * Basic knowledge of **Meta Ads** (Facebook and Instagram Ads); * Familiarity with key **performance metrics** (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, among others); * Basic knowledge of **TikTok Ads** and **YouTube Ads** is desirable; * Intermediate proficiency in **Microsoft Office**, especially **Excel** and **PowerPoint**; * Ability to quickly learn new tools and follow established processes; * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on **customer service and support**; * Ability to **work collaboratively**, with **attention to detail**; * Basic knowledge of **SEO** will be considered a plus.
