Perform support and maintenance for computers, printers, and peripherals. Install and maintain wired and Wi\-Fi networks. Configure and provide support for Windows Server with Active Directory. Provide basic support in Linux environments. Install and configure security software and tools. Monitor and maintain network infrastructure. Perform backup routines. Diagnose failures and implement preventive and corrective solutions. Previous roles such as Technical Support Analyst, IT Specialist, Maintenance Technician, or IT Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. Completed technical education required.
