Key Responsibilities: Network monitoring (OLT, Switches, Routers, and Links) Remote support and troubleshooting L2/L3 fault analysis Ticket logging and tracking Support for field and engineering teams Requirements: Knowledge of TCP/IP networking Understanding of VLAN, PPPoE, DHCP, and DNS Experience with Internet Service Providers is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Compensation: R$2\.550,00 \- R$3\.125,78 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Internet allowance * Meal voucher * Food allowance Work Location: On-site
